Parcours

Graduated with an Intellectual Property degree from the CEIPI in Strasbourg and with an LLM from the Queen's Mary College of London, Pierre started, more than 10 years ago, his career as a lawyer in Paris.

 

Very interested in technical and IT matters, he provides his assistance to firms in the industry especially in litigation (ex: counterfeiting of patents/trademarks, IT and Internet matters etc.) and in the negotiation and drafting of strategic contracts such as transfer, agreement of research and development, cooperation contract, licenses, etc.

 

After several years working in a Parisian law firm, he decided to create his own law firm specialized in intellectual property and information technology law.

 

Pierre LANGLAIS is also a Member of the Bar Council since 2015 and President of the NTIC Commission of the Bar of Nantes.

Formations et publications

Pierre trains students and professionals in the firm's fields of expertise, especially at the IP post-graduation degree of the University of Nantes, LEXISNEXIS, the Design School of Nantes, AUDENCIA (School of Management), the ENI (IT School) and the Bar Professional Training School (EDAGO).

He regularly publishes in the Industrial Property law journal (LexisNexis):
